For me, the message is that you care about your customers and their well being and are not just a number is the "corporate jungle" where it's always about "making money". It has helped tremendously in that I am more able to answer the questions that the patients are inquiring about and in helping them to understand just how the process works enables me to get the claims filed in a more timely matter. I could have never imagined that I would appreciate working with motor vehicle claims but since our meeting my understanding is so much more clear it makes for a more enjoyable day. It is amazing how much more efficiently I can work now that I understand and know the proper questions to ask. Thank you so much for your time and knowledge it was a pleasure meeting and working with you.
